Awakening

 

The vision for creating natural products and seeking a lifestyle of wellness & well-being came to light in 1997. I walked into Wild Crafters Gallery & Gift Boutique in Mt.Vernon, NY and found myself completely captivated. The air was filled with aromas of uplifting essential oils and the shelves were adorned with nourishing natural handmade products, books and accessories which made this boutique whole. I was drawn in and the passion to learn more about aromatherapy and making natural products was now apart of my daily journey. This was all new to me but it had a feel of something so familiar and I knew my soul was leading me. I remembered saying…”one day I will make and sell my own products in a place that is Natural~Soulful~Creative. “

 

I Have Arrived

 

Scentsuosity was founded in January of 2009. The business is based from the kitchen of my home. Time and perseverance combined with taking classes on aromatherapy, natural cosmetics and soap making have empowered me to put my plans of making handmade natural products in motion. I spent months researching how to start this business and where to buy the supplies. Once all of these details were in place, the herbs, mineral salts, butters, essential oils and product making equipment were gradually being delivered the excitement of starting this journey elated me for hours every day. I was ready to take it to the next level and began creating products with passion and purpose. This is what drives me everyday. It has been a long time coming.
